Applied Conditioning

Classes consist of a review of fundamental movements with increased intensity:
-Combines a wide variety of aerobic and anaerobic exercises
-Utilizing -suspension training, kettlebells, dumbbells , body bars, closed chain barbell  movements
-Variability of concepts(ideas /goals) coupled with formats (how to’s)
-Developing range of physical and mental capabilities often overlooked by self-approved gym routines.
