Classes consist of a soft introduction to fundamental movements designed to:
-Increase joint mobility
-Increase muscle flexibility
-Developing strength to accommodate and support your body weight
-Develop muscle endurance to sustain movement over an extended period of time
Utilizing: bodyweight, resistance tubes and suspension training under guidance.
Other goals targeted:
Developing and increasing your aerobic output by:
-Exercises that utilize oxygen
-Using steady state activities
-Sustaining basic movements for varying periods of time
-Develop self confidence in ones ability
